Complete the Contact enquiry form with your preferred location, class, date and time.

Complete an online enrolment form. Once we receive the enrolment form, we will send you an invoice. We charge per school term – usually 10 weeks per term. Your child’s enrolment form is automatically rolled over into the next term, unless you give us two weeks notice. Once the invoice is issued, you will be required to pay the invoice as this is the spot we are holding for your child. Generally, an enrolment fee of $90 per recreational student and $150 per competitive student per year is required to cover registration and insurance.

A t-shirt, shorts and/or leotard with bike pants. No skirts, skorts, or dresses are allowed. Hair must be in a bun or pony tail. If gymnast’s hair is too short, a head band can be worn to keep it off the face. No bows or clips in the hair, or watches are allowed.

First class is always free for new members. You will receive a discount of 5% of Term Fees for your second child, 10% of Term Fees for your third child. No further discounts apply.

Our minimum start age is 5. However, occasionally we offer trials for 4+ year old.

If your child misses classes, you can contact the club to arrange a make-up lesson. Your child is allowed two make up classes during a term. Make up classes cannot roll over into the next term. An alternative class will be offered if any class is cancelled. There will be no refund if the gymnast is unable to attend the offered make-up class.

Term payments must be received before the start of each term, or by the date stated on the invoice. Payments can be made through direct deposit. Details are stated on the invoices. Any parent having difficulty meeting the payment deadlines are encouraged to contact the club. We don’t give refunds for ‘change of mind’, and/or after the term commences. A minimum two weeks termination notice is required if you no longer want to continue. A late fee of $50 will be charged to your account, if you don’t pay the invoice on time. Invoices for each term are issued at the start of each term. Competition fees, registration fees, holiday program, extra lessons undertaken beyond the regular hours, and private lessons are billed separately. There is a late cancellation fee of $100 if you decide not to continue classes once the invoice is issued.
